Do you mean that you don't ejaculate? This also would have nothing to do with a tight foreskin, especially at 16. Most 16 yr olds can orgasm and ejaculate almost at will.

As I stated before, it may take two or three months if you skin back every time you pee, as well as do the exerise a couple of times a day for a few minutes each time. Do it in the shower.

The sensitivity will eventually get under control. It's really an asset, but with touching it, it will become conditioned to know the difference in sexual touching and everyday handling.
