Yes, it is strange, but it still has nothing to do with a tight foreskin. Kids all over the world with tight foreskins have no trouble at all masturbating to ejaculation and orgasm. My own cousin had a tight foreskin that would not retract at age thirteen, and he had absolutely no problem. It also resolved itself eventually because of his regular "exercising."
