Nonsense. The cream is not a wizard. You apply it to have the skin response better (as in grow better) when force is applied. Stretching, if you do with sense, and I bet you wouldn't want to hurt yourself, will cause no damage; and with the help of the Betametasone ointment you simply speed up the process.

Another key word is: use your foreskin.
