As Ralesk has indicated, the cream is of no use by itself. The only thing which will make your foreskin work is stretching, which always works, even without the cream or ointment.
You'll now have to wait till everything heals. Unfortunately, you have not only lost the two weeks plus whatever time you were waiting for surgery, but you have lost future time while waiting for the swelling to subside. In that amount of time, many guys solve their tightness situation.
Once everything goes back to normal size, you can get a lot of results simply by pulling back the skin to its limit and holding it for several minutes. Also, by pulling the opening apart, you'll get an increase in the diameter. Go easy on yourself because of the scar tissue. I'd suggest putting on some vitamin E oil in order to get it to heal nicely. Don't worry if someone tries to tell you that scars don't stretch. All you have to do is look at a victim of infant genital mutilation and you'll easily see that the scar created in infancy did indeed grow right along with the penis. So much for that lamebrain excuse for not stretching!
