I can only repeat my earlier comments. If you consider the purpose for which your glans is intended - to stroke inside a properly lubricated vagina, then you should realise that rubbing it on something that is not lubricated leads to your body telling you you are doing something for which it is not intended.

Now, if you are absolutely determined to desensitise your penis, against sensible advice, I daresay you will find ways to do this, such as by keeping your foreskin continuously retracted. After all, were you to have a circumcision, your glans would be irrevocably forced to become used to continuous contact with clothes within a matter of days.

What you need to do, is to explain to us how your glans feels when stroked by something properly lubricated, perhaps by the "personal" lubricant sold for that purpose, or simply vegetable oil from the kitchen. It is extremely unlikely that you will find lubricated touch unpleasant.

Of course, since you are not in a position to consider intercourse with a girl at this point in time, you cannot prove that point, and indeed, the fact is that you have no real reason to even concern yourself with this matter until you are in that situation. However, if you wish to prove for example, the practicality of masturbation touching your exposed glans, then simply - use a lubricant.
