What you are experiencing is exactly what every human male is born with. It is perfectly normal, except that your development is a few years delayed. In most situations, you would have had full retraction in your teens. Some are retractable at 13, some as late as 18 or 19. It should be reassuring to you that it is NOT a medical condition. Of course, if you were to see a doctor, he would make it one because that is how he makes his living.
Simple stretching exercises is all it will take to enlarge the opening. Read down the page and into the archived material and you'll find the directions on what to do. You'll also see testimonies of several guys who have taken the suggestions and found success with it.
If you were to attempt sexual relations with another, you'd find the same results as you are now getting by yourself, possibly more pleasurable. Don't become anxious over crossing a bridge before you see it. Meanwhile, start the stretching and in a few weeks, everything will be fine.
