Occasionally an extraordinary set of circumstances will make things more difficult, but only a very weak person would give up. Cutting off the foreskin is never necessary for any reason other than cancer, a very condition. Far less invasive surgical procedures can be done, but there is no money in it for the surgeon. That's why they are so quick to recommend total removal.
The cream or ointment mentioned in this forum is not necessary for you to get results. It's the effort of regular stretching which does the trick.
