Nor have most women (theirs), to be honest.

How many sorts do you know? In fact, how do you know it is phimosis?

So, you would figure that everything works, wouldn't you?

Well, that's a fair description I suppose.

According to your description, your sex life has already started and is progressing on schedule.

Don't know - depends on whether you find a woman who wants to have children with you. In which case, I'll let you into a secret - that semen you say comes out when you masturbate, when it gets inside her, all conditions being suitable - that is what makes babies!

Actually, some of "AJ"'s comments (but only some,) are pretty accurate, particularly the one about "wearing a few extra condoms", because in a sense, that's what the effect of a foreskin is regarding sensation - except that - unlike a condom - the foreskin itself has sexual sensitivity.
Of course, wearing a condom is a protection against pregnancy for the woman, and against transmission of STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases) for both partners, and in no way does your foreskin reduce the chance of either of these.
Anyway, point is that while you could function pretty normally - perhaps about as normally as a man who has lost his foreskin in circumcision in fact, you would be far better with a functional foreskin. At this point, "AJ"'s suggestions get a bit shonky, because his expertise in regard to stretching foreskins is essentially - zip (- as is, unfortunately, the experience of most doctors you will meet, so asking them about stretching is not likely to be helpful).
My suggestion is essentially the same as Jim - you need to read back through the "archived" section here because there are just so many little discussions going on about so many slightly different matters, that the serious descriptions of the stretching process and techniques have been "pushed off" into the archives. Anyway, you need to just read, and read, anything that looks as if it might be relevant.
You'll see the arguments that stretching works, or doesn't, and you need to take your time and think them all through so that you really understand the situation, to make sure you are not so easily put off it as "AJ" for example, was.
Broadly, the two options relevant to you are to practice persistently stretching your foreskin by pulling it back against the glans (penis head) whenever you get an erection, whenever you get the chance, or to try and find something that can be slipped (I mean that - using a lubricant) through the foreskin opening as it is now to put it without particular discomfort, on the stretch and to keep it stretched most of the day, taped in place. The cap from a ball-point pen would be a likely smooth object with no sharp edges, suitable for this job.
As soon as this is obviously a loose fit, you then find something bigger and - so it goes as the opening gets bigger - and bigger. Or you may do a bit of each. You may swap from one method to both to the other and back as you just keep on stretching.
But I haven't really time to describe it all - do work back through the archives. {:-)}
