Currently I am told to use steroid cream by a Dermatologist. I should have visited a few more doctors before I said yes to circumcision but thats too late. The only thing I hope now is to get better soon.

Unfortunately, I can't offer any advice applicable to you either. The only thing I could suggest is that you seek a second opinion to get some input from another doctor - hopefully one that will be a bit more helpful in explaining and working towards getting the problem sovled.
