The only case you can have trouble with paraphimosis, is when you panic. You simply shouldn't :] Say, if it went back there, it *must* be able to come back. If indeed you happen to get it stuck behind the head (which I doubt from current status), do your best and pull it back forward. The head will be very sensitive and almost unbearable to touch. Concentrate on that you have to pull it forward, and do it. Matter of willpower ;]
