No, only to those whose dwell upon such things and distort them way out of proportion to life. It is simply a minor inconvenience, part of the trouble of keeping a human body in order. Do you consider life a huge problem? It's just part of life.
Most kids your age have been coached from an early age to start retraction when peeing. Many are able to retract in early teens as a result. Occasionally there are little kids who can retract at three to five. Everyone is different, and each matures at his own time. At seventeen, you are still maturing physically, so not all of the processes are finished. This is one of them.
