If Paul B. was "a kid getting his kicks" he sure is a hell of a lot more educated than anyone I know, and seems to know more than my actual doctor does. If he were a kid getting his kicks, what "kicks" is he getting by giving thoughtful, logical advice?
Seems to me, anyone attempting to push people towards unneccessary surgery amongst other things is the "kid getting their kicks"
