The only implication I can think of is that you and your partners may be missing out on the full erotic pontential of your foreskin. But sex will still be excellent. And since everything else seems to be working, you don't need to worry that a non-retractible foreskin might stop you from making babies.
If you wanted to, however, there is a good chance you'd find you are able to loosen your foreskin so that it retracts completely and easily.
