If you read the reputable reports of BXO, which there is no evidence that you still have at this point, they suggest that while it might have a tendency to recur, when treated successfully with steroid, it goes away.

As would any scar at three months, particularly in such a delicate and sensitive place. Again, BXO as such, does not hurt, so that's not telling you anything.
