I am only appling a small amount and the steroid is very greasy from the tube.

>That indicates that you are in Canada. I am not particularly familiar with this preparation, but suspect it is essentially similar to Mometasone Furoate.I just started my first 60g tube of the steroid ointment and I still have 5 more refills. I don't think I will be able to finish the first tube in a short peroid of time. It has only been 4 days since I first started appling the steroid and the swell(loose skin, puff, or whatever people call it) has reduced in size so much.
>> I visit a dermatologost, he takes a careful look at the penile and concluded that I have BXO(LS). I asked him how does one tell if BXO has recur? He said you will know when your penis tightens especially at the tip.
>> And yes the tip of my penis does feel tighten sometime.>As you have been circumcised, it will have "dried out" and I feel this (the supposed "advantage" of circumcision) might well make it feel tight from time to time. I think if it was "tight" from disease (specifically BXO), you would know it - consistently - all the time.
>> I am wondering if the circumcision did do any good ?>Well, I don't think it is entirely cut and dried, to have your penis - cut and dried. It certainly did some harm, so you hope it saved you from something awful. You have presumably read other of my posts here, and understand that I feel the foreskin is nothing trivial to be removed, as far as sexual function, so make no "bones" about it, my advice certainly would be to have used the cream in the first place, but as I say, you went to the surgeon first. {:-(}
What do you mean by "entirely cut and dried" ? When you say it is "not entirely cut"....do you mean that the whole foreskin is not completely removed ?
>Nevertheless, my advice at this juncture remains - sit tight, use the ointment, and be patient and optimistic.
Yup.
