I was just wondering, because the website confused me a little

well Im 16 and as long as I can remember my forskin never contracted, for a long time I didnt know it was suposed to, but anyway I heard one method of treatment was streatching, I was wondering if it was safe to just streatch myself so to speak like in the shower or should I seek profesional help?
