No, that's the point. If you apply the right amount, it is rubbed into the skin and disappears as you rub it in. It can't and won't rub off on your underwear, because there's nothing left on the surface - that is how it is when you apply it properly.

It's much the same as if you started leaving your mouth open 24 hours a day and made it dry out.
