In the US? Remarkable! Make sure though, if you ever sign a consent form, it clearly states, spelled out in writing, no circumcision under any circumstances whatsoever! It must not contain any clause to the effect of "whatever measures become necessary during the course of operation", if it does, you require them to get a ruler and double - strike them out of the contract first! If they refuse, you know you are being taken for a sucker.

Well, two opposite opinions (below) so far. Could it cause problems? Maybe; the main reason against is that it might give nicer feelings is it was still there.
Pardon me if you have posted all this before; I can't easily find an older posting to your name, but it would be easier to answer, if you explained just how the fraenulum is troubling you, and what you would expect from having it removed? Why in fact, would you feel a need to go the "fast way" instead of taking your time and doing the stretching? (You may notice we ask everyone this in some way or another. ;-)
