16, it is always best to take the advice of actual qualified individuals (like your doctor) over that of people that could be impersonating doctors or just kids having a joke at your expense. At the end of the day your doctor has a responsibility and duty to ensure that you are kept healthy in every sense and will not let religous, racial, personal preferences influence his advice. People online don't have that responsibility.
I'd certainly suggest that you at least speak to your parents (if not your doctor) prior to practising any advice you are given online in regards to your health and penis.
