I had a tight frenulum removed over a year ago now and am extremely happy with the results. I read on Anti-Circ sites that the frenulum is super erotic, but if it's not functional it's just painful and you run the risk of constant tearing and bleeding and yet more pain. For me the truth of the matter is that it is the area behind and around and not the painful tiny bit of tight skin that is erotic and pleasing.
