Well said, PaulB. In other words - don't take on board what you read online, because 80% of them are telling you absolute bs. Perhaps the best most common sense advice then is to seek the advice of your doctor in person on medical issues, and that advice recieved online should not be treated as a given and should be reviewed by an actual medical professional in person and whom are not online - because 80% of them aren't actually doctors!
