hello, i starting stretching last summer, but stopped after my surgery(no no, it wasnt a circumcision or anything drastic, actually it was for testicular torsion, but i wont get into it) and never got back into it. however, after school ended in june, i had more free time and began stretching more often. i have been stretching daily since then. i can retract fully when hard, and ive discovered that i have frenulum breve, so im going to try to do the frenulum stretches posted a while back by i forget who(i have been thoroughly researching the archives). i think im doing quite well and i will only do better but i have a couple questions:
1. i read that i should continue to stretch the opening long after it is able to retract so that it the stretch stays permanent. i have been just using my two index fingers but i ALSO read that i could use a film canister as a dilator. my question is whats the best method to get it into the foreskin. i tried and tried but found it impossible to do.
2. are there any alternatives to the betha methasone cream, or creams that may aid in stretching. would hand lotions with vitamin e be of any help? and how much help would these offer, or would they just be a placebo?
3. i have been leaving some semen in my foreskin, what i mean is not wiping it all away. i have read(how many times have i said that) that semen contains hydrocortisone. by doing this am i aiding the stretching procedure?
thanks for reading this post, any info is appreciated
