True so. I knew a guy when I was younger. He had a small meeting with a doctor, they released adhesions and dilated. Before he could only pull back halfway due to the adhesions and a very light case of phimosis, directly after the thing he could pull it back properly. But he didn't and after a while he couldn't at all -- probably the glans and the foreskin "healed together". Silly kid.
