You say it's tight and it doesn't feel good when you get erect while the skin is pulled back. I'd like to ask, how far are you pulling it back? Just behind the head, or further?
There is a stretching method which is safe (if it's a sane person doing it, duh), and doesn't need the pulling back. Good for very tight starters and those who feel it uncomfortable to stretch by pulling back, for whatever reasons.
Simply grab the foreskin with your thumbs and pointing fingers, on the left and right sides, respectively. Pull it away from you, it'll sort of form a tube. Then pull your hands further from each other, that the tube will have a more cone-ish shape. If you feel tension and slight discomfort with no serious pain (you'll know when it's too much and you will ease the forces immediately in that case, mmkay?), then you're doing well. Repeat this several times a day, especially while or after a hot shower/bath. You can expect results in some weeks if you're doing well.
