Although there are thousands of posts below in the archives detailing what to do, I shall explain the best I can.
Take 10 minutes a day. Instead of trying to pull the foreskin back, stretch it foward by pulling it. Pull it foward and hold it for a number of minutes, release, and then repeat the process. Also, take two fingers, slip them inside the foreskin and pull the foreskin wider. There may be a tight ring in there, and if you can get a hold of that little fellow and widen it, your on the road to recovery. The best place to try this is in the bath/shower.
When using the toilet, try pulling the foreskin back, just to get it used to the constant tension. You should see results within 2-4 weeks. Do this everyday...let us know how you get on.
