Well, the head of your penis is meant to be an inner part -- and touching it with a rather rough something, like your fingers, isn't the best experience for it. If you have lube nearby, do try to lube your finger and touch the head that way. It'll most probably not hurt. Take in consideration the following: the head of the penis is sensitive to rubbing, but it's not too sensitive to touch. Try direct touch, without moving your finger over the head to see what I meant with these sensitivities.
Loosen up that tightness, and the choking feeling will go -- obviously. Hope to see you back with good news :]
