Dear George,

The doctor you asked you asked In Real Life. Paul B. is emphasising the fact that on the Internet, you have to use what common sense and intelligence you have, to decide what is true and what is not. As such, whether he says he is a doctor, or whether he says he isn't, doesn't actually matter. Either could be true. This is why he suggests, you people should rather rely on the content of the posts, and weigh the information you receive, and conclude something from that.
I concluded that he simply cannot be a "kid getting his kicks" or a "car mechanic"... Or if he indeed is the latter, he truly has quite an amount of lexical knowledge. That's what I concluded.
Use your brain, that's what Paul B. said and what I tried to quote and emphasise to Ted. I really hope I was clearer now. It simply can't be possible that I'm the only one who understands what Paul B. said there......
