Then as the others have said, it should be obvious that you are in a situation where you must be successful by stretching if you do it effectively - and we will most certainly help. In fact, we have done it already - you just need to go back and read through the postings, try out the methods - I won't even try to list them all, and find the one that suits you.

Nice idea - but someone has to post the site (can't load images onto this site), and someone has to volunteer to be the model as he undergoes the process.

Nevertheless, this is an excellent and safe way to actually get it to stretch. You probably think it's uncomfortable (and I daresay it is), so you try it out once to see what happens, but then avoid it happening because of the discomfort. Thing is, you need to do exactly that again and again, as often as possible, even if it is uncomfortable, because that is what will cause it to stretch to "fit".

As you continue to do it, it will expand just that tiny bit extra each time, and over a period of time, it will get to the point when it expands fully when retracted. At that point, you will be able to retract when erect, but the foreskin will not be fully mobile and able to slip over and back easily, so you need to stretch it just a little more. For that reason, you need to use alternate approaches, notably putting two fingers inside the foreskin, identifying the tightest part, and pulling the fingers apart to give the same amount of stretch as an erection does, holding it a couple of minutes at a time.

In fact, you need to use both approaches to start with, and just keep on doing it as often as possible, until you have a fully mobile foreskin, and then keep on doing it a month or two beyond to make sure it "fixes" at that size. But don't think of it as a hard task - you get to play with your foreskin and that should actually be fun, even if it is a little uncomfortable - as it may be to start with.

Also, do not be confused about your fraenulum, as you may see mentioned here. If your foreskin pulls back when soft, it is only a matter of stretch to make it do the same when hard.
