No problem. Devices are a big help in creating constant tension on the skin, thereby freeing up the time you would need to spend in stretching. If a film canister is too large, find something which is smaller. Your local crafts store sells a product called friendly plastic. It is moldable to any size or shape that you need. It's quite widely used throughout the foreskin restoration crowd, so the testing has already been done, and it has been found to be safe. Avoid sharp edges and corners and don't force anything. If you use a little lube, the object should easily slide right in. If necessary, use a bit of first aid tape to hold it in. OK?
Vitamin E is always good. Hydrocortisone in semen? Don't know. If you think it's working, it can't hurt anything.
