Ouch! Trick question - you answered wrong! Correct answer was: No! That would have been perfectly honest - you have no trouble, because you do not (choose to) do so.

Then now you have learned a very important lesson about the military - they make no fuss - either you are the way they want, or you're out. No discussion on pros and cons, no discussion on right and wrong. You obey everything without question.
Now, if you want to get back in, you won't have a chance to give the right answer next time. You must expect, however sensible or stupid it may be, to demonstrate you can retract your foreskin, since you have now drawn (sadly,) attention to it. So if you want to go for another chance, you will have to get into the stretching exercises.
Which is not so bad - having a working foreskin is a good thing - having one that is not retractile is as you say OK, but less than optimum - though nowhere near as bad as being circumcised.
