Aldo, anyone approaches you with a knife, run like the wind. And, as I have said before, a tight foreskin is one in which you can never, ever, retract. Yours is quite loose and it will stretch to permit movement while erect if you keep at it. Just don't get impatient and overdo it. By the way, do you have any idea how many millions of circumcised men would love to have your little "problem"? They'd giggle like hell, having only to stretch a little, as opposed to inches of length during years spent in restoration. So get a grip, man, and pull on that skin.

Ive tried stetching with all the different methods on this site but after a fair while i cant get the desired result. I wanted to ask you about the dorsal slit. I think that means a slit on the side of the foreskin to open it up so it slides back and forth. When i have sex theres no great feeling cause the head is always covered. Could you explain the process for me, exactly what it is, how it works, does it hurt, will it work and how would i go about finding a doctor who'll do it. thankyou.
