Yep. Used to have mild phimosis and mild frenulum breve. I've stretched them both to the point where they no longer exist.
In my case, tightness only became apparent on erection. The skin pulled about three quarters of the way down the glans and then stopped. But I can now stretch it back down my shaft so that it more or less smoothes out completely. The sensations, and the smooth way it now works, are very satisfying. This sort of thing can be very important to a guy's sexual confidence.
I post here, because I think guys should know that there are ways of dealing with tight foreskins that don't involve medical intervention, and that it might be worth trying these before considering various surgical options.
I also post to the fathermag circumcision forum. Like many of the other folk at fathermag, I am opposed to routine neonatal circumcision. My main ground of opposition is that a baby can't consent to this. Since his penis will later become very important to him, any decision about alteration should be left to for him to make when he is old enough to make it.
That's the rational argument. But there are less rational reasons behind my opposition. I think the mania for circumcision (this has faded almost completely in the UK, though it is possible that traces still remain) succeeded in suppressing basic foreskin know-how, such as that boys with foreskins need to wank a lot so as to get the thing into good working condition. During adolescence I had no idea what how a well-trained foreskin acts, and had no idea that training was possible. It is perhaps silly to think that circumcision is implicated in the sexual prudery that prevents young men from finding out easily about these things, all the same... Well, it's a big topic and I could go on for ages.
