Worried

A while back, maybe a long time back I posted shocked over the fact that the foreskin was meant to retract. So I never went to the doctors and decided to be listen to your advice of stretching. Being the lazy guy i was and having exams , I never stretched and more less ignored it. Well its almost a year later and have recently became worried about the three white (not spots or bloochs{sp}) taggish things at the top of my foresking. I thought at first that it was due to bad masterbation or something. A few weeks ago I could have swore something just hurt a little. Like a tight feeling. Maybe redamgeing (I dont know)IE not taking care.

However after deciding to take a look at what it could be Ive learned of a new horror by the name of BXO. So basically i have these three white things. There not itchy and I suffer absolutely no pain.

Basically could anyone give me any advice on what to do.
However first things first. A year ago before i started learning all these horror stories. I went to the doctors with what turned out to be a urine infection. The doctor inspected my penis and didnt bring up the fact that it didnt retract or anything about the white thing(I cant remember if the white things were there.)
Also it was never explained to me by anyone why I had to go to the doctors when i was 3 years old to get my penis retracted(which ive heard is something not to be done at that age unless totally necessary). I remember what the prob was roughly. I had sharp pains and would ejaculate and it was really painful.

However I dont get THOSE problems anymore.

So can anyone enlighten me with advice and support cause im dying in here.
