It's really important that you speak to your doctor again (or if he is clueless - try another or ask to be referred to a specialist) and get a correct diagnosis and treatment. Sure it'll be embarrassing, but at least you'll know that you are talking to a qualified individual that wants the best for YOU and is able to give your condition treatment if neccessary. Ultimately it'll put your mind at rest too and stop you worrying - and hopefully a fully get your penis well too!
