Location of retracted foreskin when flaccid

I was wondering if there were photos, or if anyone could provide a description, of how the foreskin should rest on the penis when it is retracted and the penis itself is flaccid.

While I have no trouble with retraction when flaccid, the foreskin rests in "rolls" behind the head of the penis, while certain website articles I have read seem to suggest that this is incorrect, and the foreskin should in fact "stack" (for want of a better word) near the base of the shaft when retracted.

Thanks a lot - I think I might be getting paranoid and asking lots of questions! :)
