Alright, here's a detailed description as requested:
When flacid, the foreskin can be fully retracted, however with a little bit of discomfort, also contributing to this is the fact that the foreskin has been seldomly retracted and the glans are very sensitive. When erect, the the foreskin can be retracted about 35% before it cannot retract any further.
Here's the other problem. When i retract the foreskin, only the top side of the foreskin will retract, the bottom side of my foreskin is literally attached to the bottom of the glans, (directly below the urethra). When retracting the bottom side of the foreskin will not retract at all. Now I'm not sure whether it's my frenulum that is extremely small or could it be that my foreskin has not separated? ( i thought in the latest cases the foreskin separates around age 10) Now i've been to the doctor a few years ago about this, he said just wait and you'll eventually be able to retract fully, but it seems (from reading various parts of the site and the testemonials) that this is what is told to many patients with this kind of problem.
Well that's about as detailed as i can think of, once again feel free to make an y request for more info, and thanks so far for the replies and help you've given.
