Yes, simple stretching exercises will cure it.

I can just see the top of my head and want to know I will be able to get the foreskin around the head exposing it all?

If you are willing to spend the time necessary to do the exercises.

If anyone could go into real detail that would REALLY be great.

Start skinning back every time you pee. Pull it back as far as it will go. During your shower, take hold of the end on either side and pull it apart and hold it there for several minutes each day. If you can repeat this at least one more time per day, do it. It's that simple.

I also want to know, can a male with phimosis have good, pleasurable sex?
