There's a few solutions: Circumcision, partial-circumcision, dorsal slit. You could try stretching which works for some and not for others(though it may not be permenant). If you do decide to go the stretching route I'd strongly advise that speak to your doctor (a real doctor not the PaulB kind) prior to practicising them and discuss the pros and cons with him.

Some do I'm sure. However, the foreskin is supposed to retract to allow stimulation to the head of the penis. Anything else and you're getting short-changed. If you put a rubber glove on your hand and get someone to tickle your palm (you can't tickle yourself), you'll have a comparable idea as to the sensation you are missing and then try it without the glove - the glove = the foreskin preventing sensation. Then there's the possible pain and discomfort which is an issue for some too. This, however, can be alievated to some extent by using extensive amounts of lubrication.
