Dave, if you have read PaulB's post above you will know that he suggested vegetable oil (from your kitchen), caster oil, or a personal lubricant. You can purchase a commercial lubricant such as KY, Astroglide or equivalent at most any drugstore, although these lubricants are rather expensive. Most drugstores have their own brand at a slightly cheaper price.
Please understand that there are tens of millions of circumcised American men who would love to have your sensitivity 'problem'. They would be tickled 'pink' in fact. Marvel at the sensation and enjoy it while it lasts.

>I've read your response, by the way thanks for replying your responses are always helpful, and I've decided to use something like lubricant or anything else that will help liberate this smegma. If I do use, perhaps oil, how would this help me eradicate smegma when I can't even apply the slightest pressure on my glans to remove smegma.
>Another thing, why wouldn't I want to loose sensitivity in the glans? When I go out and have sex, or even just casual masterbaition, it is more comfortable not worrying about your glans being too sensitive to touch anything. I dont even think I can wear a condom w/o having to agonize about my sensitive glans.
>Other than that, I guess I have been a bit too rough on my foreskin by applying too much force, pulling it down after masterbaition. Conversely, I cannot move my foreskin down without applying pressure on it, so I guess I may have no other option. To answer your question, I cannot move my foreskin down when its not erect. I guess lubrication might be the answer to aid my stretching phase, I would appreciate any advice on using lubricant, which one to use and how to apply it on. Thank you for your time.

>>> I am continuing to stretch
>>That's the way!
>>> everytime I masterbait, even though this is the only way to get my foreskin all the way down and expose my glans,
>>Do you mean you are pulling your foreskin back when you have an erection? That would be a good idea, but what's the story when you do not have an erection? Can you pull it back, or not, and if not, why?
>>> when I pull my foreskin back up it seems that I almost come close to paraphimosis.
>>If this is when you have an erection, it would loosen up and be able to be pulled back easily when you lose the erection, thus no great risk of paraphimosis. So what's the story here?
>>> If it takes a lot of force to bring my foreskin back up does this just increase the risk of paraphimosis. How should I continue stretching?
>>Does it hurt? Sounds like you are doing the stretching - as you do it more, given that it does not hurt (and if it does, take it more gently and allow yourself to lose the erection to get it back, though this should be automatic), it will start to become easier and easier.
>>
>>> Another problem is that there is too much segma on my glans
>>Is there now? Why is this a problem? By your description, this is the first time you've been doing the stretching, so that "smegma" must have been there quite a while. Why do you suppose it caused no problems before? If it was continuously being produced, where do you suppose it all went to before?
>>> and I cant get it out cuz my glans are hypersensitive.
>>Same thing. What's this guff about "hypersensitive"? Where'd you get that idea from ( - suspect from reading peculiar posts on this forum, actually)? Don't you mean it is sensitive, as a normal penis, or a girl's clitoris is? Now it's been that way for years. How long have you been masturbating for? I'll bet it wasn't a problem.
>>
>>Tell me, have you actually read any of the posts on this forum? Did you answer anyone that answered your previous question? Have you read the posts about the other guy who made his glans sore trying too enthusiastically to peel all the smegma off too quickly? Did you read the answers advising him to use lubricant (or maybe oil - perhaps vegetable oil - caster oil) to soften and loosen the smegma, and make the glans comfortable to touch?
>>> I've expose my glans for a while now and it still seems to be at the same degree of sensitivity as when i started.
>>Sounds good to me. Do you actually want an insensitive glans? What for? Perhaps something other than having sex with a girl? I begin to wonder.
>>> All this smegma just keeps building up with my being unable to do anything. What should i do?
>>If this were the case, it would have exploded already. I think you need to adjust your perception of things.
>>> I would appreciate any/all responses, i'm really desperate for advice here.
>>Then I think you had better start answering, and providing a lot more descriptive detail.
