I am 18.Never Had sex.I am uncircumcised. When my penis is erect/hard
is my foreskin supposed to retract behind the glans? When it is
flacid/soft i can retract the foreskin fully. When it is hard/erect
the skin just opens up a litle hole but still covers the glans. When I
manually retract it i can get to stage 3 & 4 on the first picture on
this site:

On stage 4 the skin rollsback behind the glans and dosent want to go
any farther down. When i let go sometimes it slides up. Do I have a
short fernelum? What are my options what should I do ?
