Well, ever since i discovered that I had an adhesion I've been working on it, and now when flacid I can finally retract all the way and i've seen my entire glans for the first time ever. It was also quite shocking to see just how much smegma can accumulate over 16 years, (I've since cleaned all that up). Here's some things i've noticed about my glans that I want some clarification as to whether they are problems, possible solutions etc:

-the Corona of the glans (edge) once the smegma was cleaned is purple, like the corona is bruised or something.

-the tip of the glans to about halfway back has desensitized, this is also visually indictated by not the colour of the skin on the glans but the texture, from there to the corona of the glans is sensitive, is this normal, and how should i go about desensitizing the rest of the glans, just retract more often?

I'm still continuing with my stretching exercises (mild phimosis) and hopefully soon I will be able to fully retract when erect.

Lastly, a new potential problem has come to my attention. For two months now I have been taking Accutane, and I will continue on the drug for another two months. It has come to my attention that there may be some side effects that will affect my genitals (that i was not informed of before beginning the treatment unfortunately). Can the experts out there tell me about some of these side effects. Are there steps I can take to prevent future problems caused by accutane?
