You haven't described exactly what your skin bridge is, so I will have to make assumption.
Assumption 1: short/tight frenulum. This may prevent you from fully retracting your foreskin even though the foreskin can easily stretch to accomodate the diameter of your glans. Frenulum is difficult to stretch. It can easily be removed, or in some cases, a small incision can be made to "lenghten it". Fixing this does not require circumcision.
Assumption 2: you have acquired adhesions. Contrary to what others have said, it is in fact possible for an adult to have adhesions between the glans and the foreskin, especially the portion behind the coronna. While most males have those adhesions break down early in life, it is "MOST", not ALL and some adhesions may have remained unnoticed and thus, they have remained. This can also be fixed without circumcision. (and in fact, for a proper circumcision, the adhesions would first need to be fixed).
As far as sensitivity of your glans is concerned, circumcision will not make your glans unsensitive. It will simply remove the excess sensitivty which makes it uncomfortable for you at present, hence a big improvement. Keeping your foreskin retracted as much as possible will also achieve this. In the short term, once you get hard, retract the foreskin and wait for the glans and inner foreskin to dry completely before playing with it, you may find this to be sufficient to remove the excess sensitivity.
