Phimosis / BXO

for a little over a year now I've had a tightening phimotic band around my foreskin. At first it didn't really bother me and I thought nothing of it. But gradually it became increasingly difficult to pull my foreskin back to clean, sex became less pleasureable, and masturbation had to be slightly modified as I couldn't retract it as far as I used to. Retraction when flaccid is still possible but not easy. Even peeing became harder as I found it more difficult to aim. Small white dots developed. The skin around them became harder and less sensistive. Now my foreskin tingles slightly sometimes. My inner foreskin has a few red blotches on it.

A few months ago a doctor diagnosed "phimosis" (without looking at my penis) and recommended a full circ. Needless to say I got another opinion. Now another doctor has visually diagnosed BXO and recommended a partial circ.

At the same time as all this has been going on, peeing has become harder. A cystoscopy (camera into my urethra through to the bladder) diagnosed bladder neck problems. I've been told I should get the bladder neck musscle cut.

Anyone care to offer any advice?
