No, I mean partial. A partial circumcision is sometimes referred to as a loose circumcision, but partial is the more common description. Indeed during my consultation prior to surgery it was referred to by the surgeon (an actual doctor and not a net-phony doctor) as a partial circumcision. I suppose it depends on the individual preference as to which wording he or she uses.
