>for a little over a year now I've had a tightening phimotic band around my foreskin. At first it didn't really bother me and I thought nothing of it. But gradually it became increasingly difficult to pull my foreskin back to clean, sex became less pleasureable, and masturbation had to be slightly modified as I couldn't retract it as far as I used to. Retraction when flaccid is still possible but not easy. Even peeing became harder as I found it more difficult to aim. Small white dots developed. The skin around them became harder and less sensistive. Now my foreskin tingles slightly sometimes. My inner foreskin has a few red blotches on it.

A full or partial circumcision won't do any good if you have BXO but for some people it does stop the disease from progressing. I read from another message forum that many men went for the circumcision and yet they still had to live with BXO.

If you doctor said go for it then go for it but it is up to you to decide what to do.

Needless to say I got another opinion. Now another doctor has visually diagnosed BXO and recommended a partial circ.
>At the same time as all this has been going on, peeing has become harder. A cystoscopy (camera into my urethra through to the bladder) diagnosed bladder neck problems. I've been told I should get the bladder neck musscle cut.
>Anyone care to offer any advice?
