Phimosis -- I'm not sure what to do?!

Written by Jay at 19 Aug 2002 08:49:31:

Hi all, I came across your forum the other night and I found it to be
the best one yet for getting answers from which is why I ask for an
answer to my question:

I am nearly 18 years old and for as long as I can remember I have never been able to retract my foreskin. I'm not sure whether or not it is Phimosis but I'm sure it must be. I get "ballooning" when I go to the toilet and although neither this or not being able to retract the foreskin are uncomftable/painful, I would like to be able to retract it.

I've read about certain 'Stretching' techniques which can be used to help but I'm not sure if my condition counts.

It seems to me that the hole of my foreskin is just simply not big enough for the penis to fit through...

I have posted some pictures of what is looks like in its normal state and also when I'm trying to stretch the foreskin over. They're only small pictures and the lighting isn't that good but its all I can do. (sorry about the web address too but I'm using my brothers server!)

I've read about some sort of cream that can be put on... Does anyone know if this would help or how it would work? Also, is it available over the counter or does it have to be prescribed?

Thanks for anyones help,

Jay.
