Jay, if you are considering PaulB's suggestion, I'd strongly suggest you speak to your doctor first and discuss with him the pros, cons and dangers of shoving pen lids, shaved-down bottle tops (as has been suggested here before) or whatever else down your foreskin.
Sadly, there's not too many options for resolving your problem. There's circumcision, partial circumcision, dorsal slit or even stretching (which works for some, but not for others). If you decide to give stretching a shot your best chances for success are with combinations of creams for which you will need a perscription. As someone who has been where you are now, I can appreciate it is embarrassing, but I'd suggest you speak to your doctor or a specialist to discuss your options first.
