If you'll follow what Dr Paul and I have outlined, you can avoid seeing a doctor for either a prescription or an evaluation. Using prudence and good common sense, you should be able to retract fully withing less than a year.
If you chose to visit the doctor, a great deal of pressure will be put upon you to see a surgeon. The surgeon's greatest source of income comes from cutting things out of or off or other people. You have three guesses what his decision would be in concern for your foreskin, and your first two guesses don't count.
Your foreskin is a special part of your anatomy which is there to provide you with great pleasure. With a small amount of effort on your part each day for the next few weeks, you'll understand why some perfect strangers have taken the time to get you to save it. Having it cut off, you would never have the privilege or pleasure of knowing your ultimate sexual perception. Keep in mind that there are extremely well organized bands of perverts who would have you think otherwise. Having been victims themselves, they don't wish for others to enjoy what they cannot have.
