Well, the trick is of course that those pictures (and the others on the page) are of one or more totally normal, fully-functional penes. The point being on the one hand that a normal penis often looks "tight" under certain conditions, and that if you (or whoever) look like that and no worse, you certainly don't need to consider circumcision.

I wonder with what it is that you are "fed up". Can you remind us what it is you can't presently do that you want to, and why is it so important?

Can't comment too much without exact details of what you are doing, but if you aren't using a dilator to wear during the day (perhaps because you had some trouble with one earlier - was that you?), that might be the key.
