What exactly do I have?

I've read about the different conditions listed on male-initiation.net, but I am still confused.

1. My foreskin does not retract all the way, it stops at the end of the glad, after which it starts hurting. It seems I do have "frenulum breve". Can someone link to an image of a fully retracted foreskin? I'd like to know how far it's supposed to go.

2. It seems to be stuck to the area under the gland, I'm not sure if this is normal, but it does worry me.

3. Is it possible to have frenulum breve AND phimosis? I'd like to check, but since my frenulum prevents me from retracting my foreskin completely, it can't be done without extreme amounts of pain.

Assuming I do have these conditions, will it be easy to correct? I've read about "Frenuloplasty", it sounds like a harmless enough procedure. But what about "Phimosis"?

I'd appreciate any kind of feedback or advice, so thanks in advance.
